How long have you been in business?
Superior Interactive has been in business since 1995. We originally started off as a graphic design company. In 1997 we added web design as our main product/service.
What is your primary product or service?
Superior Interactive's main product is low cost, custom web site design. We believe that every business or individual should have a web presence that looks professional without having to pay over inflated costs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As the owner of Superior Interactive, I became interested in graphic design in the early 90's while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. After a honorable discharge in 1994, I entered college to pursue my undergraduate degree in Graphic Communications. As a student, I saw the demand for graphic design services increase in the business arena. I noticed that I had a knack for creating appealing print media. I begin to get requests for service. So, I bought my first home pc, a Packard Bell computer and begin my graphic design business called "I Like That!"
My college courses and constant Internet usage exposed me to a wider range of services, like multimedia and Web design. After obtaining my Associates Degree in 1997, I added to my business focus Web design and software application training. I decide to change my company name to Superior Interactive. I had taught myself html. I had a strong foundation of graphic design knowledge and I had always been effective at teaching others how to use popular software programs.
By 2000, I obtained my undergraduate degree, and had experience working full time in my field of study for a number of year. I had created partnerships which made our business stronger and more viable.
After fifteen years of learning, growing and serving the Flint Michigan community, Superior Interactive has more partners and offers many more services than it original began offering.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We differentiate ourselves by offering quality low cost, custom web sites. Our project turn around can be as fast as 72 hours. Some basic services that other web design companies charge their clients are offered free of charge to our customers. We give our clients what they request. We are easy to contact. Our phones are always answered during business hours.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently only have one location. However, with the power of remote access, we are able to be in the home or office of any of our clients. We are able to allow our clients access to our pc which permits them to see what is on our screen. They can see our face and hear us talk to them via webcam on their pc. We don't have to leave our office and they don't have to leave their location to do business with us.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all types of payment. For local clients we accept cash, credit card, Paypal and personal check. For those who are not within Michigan's Genesee county, we accept every form of payment except personal checks. For our International clients, we prefer payment via PayPal.
