How long have you been in business?
I began my practice in 1982. I was elected Prosecuting attorney in 1992 and served three terms retiring in 2005. I then we back into the private practice of law specializing in criminal law and probate matters.
What is your primary product or service?
My services include criminal defense and probate law. I represent those charged with felony or misdemeanor crimes including: Computer Crimes, sexual offenses, drunk driving, embezzlement, white colar offenses. I also handle estates and other probate court matters including: Estates, Fraud on the Elderly, Elder Abuse, Conservatorships, Guardianships, Wills and trusts.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My interest in law was also an interest in public service. I served as an assistant to a State Representative drafting laws. From there I worked for the UAW lobbyist in Lansing, Michigan where I saw how laws were negotiated. I decided to help others in elected office with their legal matters. Then in 1986 I ran for County Commissioner and served three terms. In all I was in public service 18 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
My primary office is in Flint, Michigan. However, I also practice in West Branch, Michigan and the counties in between the two cities. I serve Bay City, Saginaw, Midland, Flint, Tawas, Standish, West Branch, Mio, Lapeer, Tuscola County, Shiawassee County, Oakland County, St. Clair County, Ingham County and Isabella County. That is a wide area and I have no plans to expand beyond those I presently serve.

We accept all major credit cards. We also make payment arrangements depending on the type of case, amount of the fee and the credit and or collateral a client might have.
